Mark Brown is a change management and policy implementation consultant specialising in hierarchical organisations operating in complex and sensitive environments.
Mark has worked with public and private partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, helping senior leaders translate strategy into delivery and aligning governance, leadership, and people systems so reforms hold under real operational pressure.
Mark holds a Master’s in People Management and is currently a PhD Candidate.
Typical assignments include: implementation planning for major reforms, operating model and governance design, leadership alignment, and building delivery disciplines that strengthen accountability and execution in high‑stakes public sector and security contexts.

Andy Fenner is a business and sustainability focused change leader who works with public and private organisations to deliver responsible growth, and aligning policy, community priorities with commercial reality. Andy is a senior leader in multilateral organisations and partners with Fortune 500 businesses, SME's, NPO's and governments on a daily basis. Andy offers extensive experience in membership organisations, advocacy, and stakeholder management.
Across Africa and Europe, Andy has built and led businesses and contributed to NGO-led initiatives that strengthen local communities and destination resilience, including establishing sustainable tourism models in Central Africa. He has worked extensively with policymakers and government stakeholders, representing industry positions and helping organisations navigate complex regulatory environments.
He has an MBA from Cranfield University and also serves in board-level capacities (Non-Executive Director/Trustee) for various organisations and causes.
